Custom mold development
Mechanical drawing, 3D printed prototype and trial sample before a mold is cut. 500+ stock designs if you would rather skip tooling.
Printing & labeling
Silk screen, hot stamping, sticker labels, coating and frosting, applied in our own decoration workshop and proofed on your bottle.
Packaging & export
Bottle, pump and cap assembled and leak tested, then packed in 5-layer cartons with PE liners for sea freight. DDP/DDU available.

With design, molding and printing all in-house we remove third-party vendors: faster communication, no transport between suppliers, shorter lead times and a lower total packaging investment.

Drawing & prototype
Dimensioned drawing in about 7 days, 3D printed sample in another 7. We flag practicality issues here rather than after the mold is cut.
Mold & trial
Tool cut and trialled; you receive real samples, a test report and the final artwork proof.
Production & shipment
15–30 days of production, in-line inspection, export packing and container booking.
Service questions
Do you charge for drawings?
No. The drawing and the first design discussion are free. You pay for the mold once you approve the shape.
Can you work from a physical sample?
Yes — send a sample and we reverse-engineer the dimensions, then return a drawing for approval.
What is the minimum order for custom decoration?
Silk screen and labeling are practical from 5,000 pieces; hot stamping depends on the printed area and is quoted per artwork.
Can you pack in our own carton design?
Yes. Send the dieline and print file; we produce or source the carton and pack to your specification.
