Botuo Packaging Products Co., Ltd. makes bottles, jars, closures and printed packaging for daily chemical, cosmetic and car care brands. Founded in 2008 in Hengli, Dongguan — a two-hour drive from Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports.
A plant built around one bottle at a time
Our plant covers 5,000 m² with 30+ automated production lines: 23 blow molding machines, injection machines for caps and jars, six screen printing machines and four labeling machines. Monthly capacity is about 13 million pieces; daily output around 43,000.
Ten engineers handle tooling, drawings and trial samples, and the same team reviews your artwork file before it reaches the press. Everything you approve is checkable on site — we welcome factory visits.

What we do between drawing and delivery
Tooling & molding
500+ mold designs on file, and new molds cut on site for shapes we do not stock. Drawing in about 7 days, 3D sample in 7 days, first mold sample around 35 days.
Decoration
Silk screen, hot stamping, labeling, coating, frosting and metallizing. Decoration happens in the same building as molding, so rejects are caught before packing.
Assembly & QC
Bottle, pump, sprayer and cap are assembled and leak tested in batches. Each lot passes a strict inspection before it enters the carton.
Export packing
5-layer corrugated cartons, dust-free PE liners, layered grid partitions, individual bagging or color gift boxes — packed for sea freight, not for the showroom.
Documentation
Material declarations, FDA and REACH test reports, packing lists formatted for ISF filing, and DDP/DDU shipping to your warehouse.
After-sales
If a batch arrives out of spec we reprint or remold at our cost. Replacement cartons ship with the next container rather than after a long dispute.
Direct factory pricing, explained plainly
There is no middleman between production and sales. Your quote contains material cost, molding or machine time, decoration and freight — nothing else. When a price looks low somewhere else, ask what the wall thickness is and whether the cap is included.
We would rather say a shape is wrong for your product than ship a container you cannot sell. That advice is free and it is the reason most of our customers reorder.
