The company
A bottle factory, not a trading desk
Botuo Packaging Products Co., Ltd. has been molding in Dongguan since 2008. We make bottles, jars, caps, sprayers and pumps, then print or label them on the same site — which is why changes to artwork or a shape don't turn into a two-month email chain.
Products go to daily cosmetics, household chemicals and car care: shampoo and conditioner, lotion, liquid soap, detergent, disinfectant, fuel additives and skincare jars.

Custom mold process
From drawing to first container in about seven weeks
A new shape is not a black box. Each step below has a fixed deliverable you sign off before we move on.
Drawing
You send a sketch, a 3D file or a physical sample. We return a mechanical drawing with wall thickness, neck finish and shrinkage allowance.

A printed prototype arrives for fit and feel. Changes at this stage are cheap; changes after the mold is cut are not.

Tool is cut, mounted and trialled on the production machine. You receive real samples with a test report.

After the mold sample is approved we print, assemble, leak-test and pack to your carton spec.

Material selection
Which resin suits your product?
Resin choice drives cost, clarity, chemical resistance and how the bottle can be recycled. Here is how we advise customers before a quote is issued.

FDA-grade resin, ISF-ready paperwork
Food-contact grade material declarations, FDA test reports and packing lists formatted for US Customs ISF filing. Regular shipments to Los Angeles and Manzanillo.
REACH, RoHS and SVHC reports
Heavy metal and SVHC test reports for German and Central European customs clearance, with material declarations issued against the batch you receive.
DDP / DDU to your warehouse
We quote FOB, or DDP/DDU delivered to your door. Export cartons use 5-layer corrugated board with dust-free PE liners, plus custom partitions on request.
FDA, GRS, SGS, TPCH
Certificates and third-party test reports are kept current for the ranges we ship, and copies travel with the shipping documents.

Questions we answer before the first sample
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Blow molding, injection molding, printing and assembly all run in our own plant in Hengli, Dongguan — 5,000 m² and roughly 13 million pieces a month.
What are your main products?
Shampoo, lotion, shower gel and hand wash bottles; fine mist and trigger spray bottles; foam pump bottles; wheat straw bottles; plastic and glass jars; nail polish bottles; cosmetic tubes; long nozzle pump bottles and closures.
What is the minimum order quantity?
5,000 pieces per style for stock molds. For a new mold the MOQ depends on the tool, and we quote it together with the tooling cost.
How long does production take?
Samples from stock in about 7 days. Bulk production normally takes 15–30 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration.
Can you print our logo?
Yes — silk screen, hot stamping, labeling, coating and frosting. We print in-house, so the bottle does not travel to a second supplier for decoration.
Do you provide free samples?
Stock samples are free of charge; freight is collected. Custom-colored or printed samples carry a sample fee that is credited against the bulk order.
