The molds need extra cleaning, machines take long time to set up, and the whole process is less efficient. Many factories avoid these orders because the time and effort just don’t pay off.

3.Storage Problems

Plastic bottles are mainly used for liquids. When a biodegradable bottle touches liquid, it starts to break down faster.This can cause the bottle to deform or weaken, shortening the shelf life of the product and hurting the brand’s reputation.
